If any of the rules below are broken, additional fees will be assessed and expulsion from the property may occur: 1. No smoking on the property. 2. Local laws require all dogs be restrained on a leash if they are outside the privacy fence and be up to date on an annual rabies vaccine. Failure to properly restrain your animal may result in expulsion from the property. Additionally: •All dogs must be listed on the reservation when booking, or an additional fee may be added. •Dogs must be housebroken •No dogs on furniture/beds •Dogs must not be left alone in the home without a crate or be left unattended outside. All dog waste must be cleaned up and properly disposed of prior to checkout or an additional fee will be incurred. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am. 4. No Unauthorized Parties. Small gatherings may be allowed with prior permission from host; additional fees may be added. 5. No illegal activity on the premises.. 6. No guests/visitors are allowed who are not listed on the reservation without permission from the host. 7. Absolutely NO diving in the pool. Children MUST be appropriately supervised by an adult when in the backyard and near the pool area—NO lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Swimming Pool Waiver Release Form 1.1 The Landlord/Host is the owner of the property located at 416 Peace Lily Way, which includes a swimming pool (hereinafter the "Pool"). 1.2 The Tenant/Guest has expressed interest in using the Pool and has agreed to do so in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. 2. Assumption of Risk 2.1 The Tenant understands and acknowledges that the use of the Pool involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical injury or death. The Tenant knowingly and freely assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Landlord. 3. Release and Waiver of Liability 3.1 The Tenant, on behalf of himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Landlord, his/her officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, from any and all liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, claims, demands, litigation, costs (including attorney's fees), and expenses, which may arise out of or result from the Tenant's use of the Pool, whether caused by the negligence of the Landlord or otherwise. 4. Rules And Regulations 4.1 The Tenant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Landlord regarding the use of the Pool. Failure to abide by these rules may result in termination of this Agreement and the Tenant's privilege to use the Pool.
